Find that unlikley - I heard an interview with Donovan on Radio 5, in which he said he tired after a long year & fancied some time off. Hence, I reckon he may prefer a winter in southern California rather than a loan deal with Everton or anywhere else. I did think he was impressive last year & wouldn't mind seeing him back again - although part of me would like to see Coleman given a really good run on the right wing to see if he can the position his own.

Donovan is hated by Mexican football fans because he pissed on Chivas' pitch years ago. They don't tend to forgive and forget so count it as a nothing rumour.

Actually, he nearly signed wih Club America last year, until Everton came calling. He said in an interview "it was a lot closer to happening than you think - but I wanted to play in EPL with Everton."
