Vastly different cultures, with governance almost exclusively concerned with the urban. Read the article posted earlier regarding US journalism, the same applies to many facets of society.

There is a massive divide between rural and urban areas. Doesn't seem to be getting better either.

A Louisiana college student has acknowledged she fabricated a report that she was assaulted and robbed of her wallet and Muslim headscarf by two men, one of whom she described as wearing a white "Trump" hat, police said Thursday.

The Lafayette Police Department said in a statement that it is no longer investigating the 18-year-old woman's claims, which were made within hours of Donald Trump's presidential victory.

Police said the student told investigators she was walking near the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's campus Wednesday morning when she was accosted by two white men who drove up in a gray sedan. Police added the student had claimed the men shouted racial obscenities as they knocked her down and stole her wallet and the headscarf, known as a hijab.

Oh, I think a case can be made that we need to overturn the Electoral College as it has now failed to elect the candidate with the higher popular vote total twice in the past 5 elections.

He should not be 'unelected', but I still can protest against the system and culture that allowed him to be elected in the first place. Any argument to that is actual fascism.

Did this to my son when he was about 18, he asked me to see if I could fix a problem on his lap top, boy was he as red as a tomato when I saw his history. I was quite happy as it proved he's normal :/
