I just don't get it.

That line is a big reason why he will be president.

Trump won't reduce this, only a democratically controlled congress will.
- more people dying from lazy immoral doctors prescribing dangerous painkillers
Again, big pharma will have Trump in their pocket. Again something I think the democrats have a better chance of solving than Trump

foreign policy:
- more people dying from US bombs
More than when, Under Bush? not true.
- more people dying from US involvement in arms trade
Don't honestly know much about the arms trade but again, If breaking down the military industrial complex is the goal, voting for Trump is not the best approach.

It's not tho. At least no more than any other country. Things are good here despite what Breitbart et al would have you believe.

Give her a bit of power on the hill and she'll do something about gun violence and medical malpractice. I'm less hopeful about foreign policy but she'll do better than trump.

Yeah, why can't we all be governed by Putin! Disappearing anyone who disagrees is the easiest form of governance, basic human rights just clog things up!!

This is true but doesn't make it right.
America desperately needs to break the duopoly system. Needs to rid it's self of political dynasties but electing a moron is not the optimal way of achieving this!

All well and good sitting there watching fox hoping the whole thing burns up. Makes for great telly, mean while, if you're plan works, I loose everything.
I've seen that happen in Ireland, I don't want to see it in America.
So no, burning the whole thing down is not viable solution and if you think casting a generation aside for the greater good is a plan, then you're living in cloud cuckoo land.

I don't watch Fox, I get my news from my American friends and news sites like Guardian which have a sizeable American staff and (just about) ok reputation.

You are making the point that if Trump gets elected, America hits rock bottom. If America hits rock bottom, I loose everything.
Ireland had a major recession in 2008 which spurred my emigration to the States.
