Played well. Started to seem to grow in confidence as the game went on with his touches in and around the box. Won some important balls and drew fouls high up the pitch as well.
One of the comms said he’d had more touches in the box than any game this season.

Aside from the goal mouth action, could have scored more, really outstanding today as an outlet. Made easier for him as when he won the ball Illy and Lindstrom were already on the run up their line to give an attacking layoff instead back into the midfielders.

The badge slapping going on after the goal will raise eyebrows.
