Imagine getting dissed on striking by Dean Ashton.
Oh the ignominy
It's like Dyche criticising Carlo Anchelotti's tactical nouse.

Dean Ashton was decent until injury ruined him. Recall a broken ankle on international duty basically just did for him. Wasn't the same after.

He's not wrong on Dom at the moment either.

He needed to leave in the summer, terrible man management that hes still starting every week for us, but then Beto is weapons grade rubbish who cant even run properly never mind control a football.

But anyway, he needed to leave in the summer, hes wasting his time under this manager.
Sooner he is out the door the better. This club needs something it hasn't had since Lukaku: a top class No9 who can bag about 20 goals a year, not some joker who struggles to get a half-dozen every year.

The guy is an absolute coward in the box. When is the last time he got on the end of a cross, or even attacked one.. Beto is clearly terrible but at least shows a modicum of effort and a willingness to attack a ball put in the box.
Probably Villa away, broken cheekbone and boo’d by a few fans for his troubles but he should not be playing when phoning it in

Maybe. Not saying Dom is great but I am saying no striker gets 20 goals in a Dyche team
Worst case scenario Dyche is only here til the end of the season, and it doesn't change the fact that having a goal scoring No9 must be absolute top priority for the new owners if they want to be custodians of anything other than a club that circles the drain every year. How it has been neglected for so long is every bit as criminal as ending up with the likes of Beto and Maupay on the books.
