I'm not sure about that. I think if we go 3-1 it changes the game and takes wings out of their sails a bit. Football is a momentum game. Would have enabled the defensive changes to come on with a lead instead of at 2-2 too.

He actually played really really well again. But you felt the whole team just deflate when he flubbed that 1 on 1. Never seen another striker go to pieces so often in those situations.
