2023/24 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

He isn’t scoring 10 in 20 mate. That’s unrealistic expectations.

If he got 10 in 30 it would be a good return when you think he will likely be rotating with Beto. I’d expect 6/7 from 20.
Form-wise he's on 2 in 2 (albeit that's one league, one cup). So that leaves 7 goals (my target was 8 to 10 goals) from an available 32 and our next games are against Luton and Bournemouth.

Over the moon for him. He's a brilliant player, so many fantastic attributes. Here's hoping the slow and careful approach is working out. It's great that we've got a quality understudy who can come in and ease Dom back to playing 90 minutes.

I'm also starting to feel myself getting carried away... there was that spell under Ancelotti where you just knew he was going to score in every game, and I'm slipping into that mindset again ahead of Saturday.

Now, now, we don't do sensible nuanced vews around here. Wait until DCL misses a chance and it'll be "Beto would have scored that"

Tbf I think Beto would have scored the rebound from the first one on one from Harrison’s pass.

Danjuma should also have laid his blocked shot on a plate for DCL.

Danjuma’s lack of awareness or selfishness is a concern for me.

Sheff utd game also springs to mind
