There's being cautious and then there's being super cautious. I reckon there was always a plan in place to just make sure he was available for 4-5 games before the season ended regardless of what those were.

I like the way it’s gone from 10 games, to 8 games, to now “4-5 games”. Soon we’ll be hearing “we were just saving him for the Bournemouth game all this time”
