He isn't perfect by any means. But frankly, the perfect striker is unavailable to us. This lad is listening to Carlo, occupying all the right spaces and trying to do all the right things. Why people are nitpicking just to try and legitimatise a previous assertion they made about him, I don't know
I don’t think he was being negative just his perception of the performance.

Nice backhanded compliment there, you're not fooling anyone you know.

Oh! What do you mean? I really do like him, I'm just hoping for a similar career trajectory as Lukaku had (minus the leaving Everton part) who was ridiculed for his first touch and nowis undoubtedly amongst the cream of the crop of strikers in world football. No need to be so cynical, mate. Hope it was just a misunderstanding.

He took his goal brilliantly but for 70 minutes it was probably his poorest performance of the season. He got bullied and could hardly hold the ball up.

But then in the last 20 he really stepped it up in that regard and started to get their defence turning, and won some pressure-relieving fouls late on.

Five goals from three and he's full of confidence. Lad is 23.

More to do with with Palace set up and physicality, he had two CBs and two DMs equal to him in presence. And he kept them busy all match and a goal. Good day at the office.

Took his goal well but aside from that he had a poor game. Got out muscled and lost majority of challenges, albeit the service wasn't great especially in the 2nd half. Also should have at least worked the goalie with 1 of them headers.
I wonder can you play football. You must be a top striker?? We won, he scored a great goal fact. Don't you realize how difficult it must be to play against those two giants.
