I’ve noticed for the past few months he’s developing striker instincts which wasn’t there a few months ago, now it is, hence why he’s scoring quite regular. Prior to this his best work was outside of the box which is not what you really want from your number 9. As many have said the jury is still out but for sure he’s improving a lot.

Amazing how Rom delivered the goods for year after year yet was criticised by some yet DCL runs around alot and scores a few goals in the space of about 1 month with the rest of his 2 years or so here underwhelming yet is suddenly the real deal - only Evertonians.

Why can't you understand that young leads develop at different stages, Rom was a young phenom, he was playing the mans game at 16, physically he was a lot older than his age and it helped him. It still took him a couple of seasons in the prem and loan moves to find some consistency.
