Being found guilty of a crime you did not commit (and being sentenced to death) is pretty barbaric.

We all understood this as children watching the A-Team.

Nothing worse than when you’ve got clean clothes on and some scruffy little mongrel runs up to you and starts putting their paws all over you and their owners say things such as “awww, he only wants to play,, ain’t he cute”

The answer is no, it’s not cute, your scruffy ball of hair has just just dirtied my new jeans and I’m gonna have to go back home and change again as I can’t go to the pub looking like stig of the dump … get your mutt on a lead… also give me your address so I can send you the bill for my washing.

Ye but if it was like wearing a seatbelt, instant fine if seen without one people would soon put them on a lead like they do now with seatbelts where loads used to not bother.
Cant see a valid argument to oppose dogs not being on leads in public places, no dog off a lead is under control.
