Let me get this right, Merseyside police have said their chatting [Poor language removed] and no threats etc were reported or expected. The club then releases at statement saying they spoke to the police before the game and that they advised them to make the game high risk? Have I missed something here?
The club are lying and thought they can get away with saying the police advised them not to turn up when the police has confirmed they had nothing to do with it
