I would sell him for 40m though - only 15m less than Richarlison who was absolutely miles better at the same age IIRC

Once it exceeds £50m then we probably are forced to sell because everyone has a price.
Gordon's price to Chelsea is extremely high though because they just paid £60m+ for a decent left back, who is really more a £25m player. They set the market this window so if they want Gordon then they have to pay a significant premium like they already did with Brighton.
