Sir John Moores?I disagree mate, I think it’s ok as long as it’s not over used.
And no we don’t need an anthem.
Just as a matter of curiosity, who in your opinion is the last non-clown we had running the club?

Defo thisThere She Goes should be played after big wins, like our version of Sunshine on Leith
We don't 'need' an anthem, we've been fine to this point. North London Forever is dreadful, performative nonsense
Bored of threads like this brother!you bored![]()
Amazing Talk Sport reckoned it was the Celtic fans who first sang YNWA ala related by Alan Brazil - from the film Carousel - Gerry Marsden covered it & the Kop adopted it - ridiculous song who the hell wants to walk alone ?A few points:
1/ There's nothing wrong with songs that come directly from the people. Grand Old Team was a song originated in Liverpool schools; Z-Cars was grafted onto the club by some divvy in the Moores regime.
2/ Some have suggested dedicated singing sections: an abomination IMO and as cosmetic as you can get.
3/ North London Forever is unbelievable tat
4/ YNWA was first sung by Man United fans after the Munich air disaster in '58
Fans of fgth....They need to do away with those sirens. They're embarrassing...and stupid given the blitz associations - as where we are right now was one of the targets.
Daft as a 'kin brush playing that noise.
Club is run by clowns.
Gerry Marsden thoFerry across the Mersey would suit our location.
Lets reunite the cities fans.Gerry Marsden tho
Ship sailed years agoLets reunite the cities fans.
Love will tear us apart. No problem with a pre KO home anthem, but must be fitting. Any of the following would be suitable currently.
Yakety Sax
Always Look on the Bright Side of Life
I Will Survive
It’s the End of the World As we Know It.
Loser
Hurt (JC version)
