The Russians, the Germans the Italians the Scandiwegians, the Americans, just off the top of my head.
The Americans never involved themselves until after Pearl Harbour, and first entered the war towards the end of 1942 in Africa,D Day was June 6th 1944,5 years after we entered Europe the first American soldiers landed on mainland Europe, most of Scandinavia was either neutral or a German puppet, the Italians were part of the Nazi axis,The Russians defended their own country 2 years after we declared war on Germany

Did they not fight and die regardless of what side they were on? At no point was there four years were Britain fought alone.

far be it from me to accuse Davek of using "artistic license" but...

I don't think Liverpool FC ever went to Germany until the late 80's

when they heard there was this wall that needed knocking over

Ha Ha Ha.

Literally howling.

Name them.........to my knowledge The British Empire declared war on Germany

I have to weigh in behind BMG here, Deggo. Russia suffered by far the most casualties of anyone in the war, and did so by wiping out most of Germany's military strength and thus making the war winnable. Britain weren't realistically anywhere near strong enough to fight the Wehrmacht, and only remained indomitable because of a giant fortress around Britain called the Atlantic Ocean. In fact, most historians believe it was only the cold, fearless qualities unique to the Russian soldiers, engendered by an oppressive dictatorship that would shoot them if they retreated, that were capable of stopping Hitler's empire.

Basically Everton shook the confidence of the Nazis, undermining them publicly and thus emboldened the British troops years later to eventually help them win the war? #defiance

I don't dispute any of that mate, that's not the point he was making, when we declared war on Germany Russia had signed a pact of non aggression so in fact we went to war alone, with Belgium and France who melted quickly, and were at war with Germany in Western Europe alone until D Day,albeit the defense of Britian
