When I was a kid Felix the Cat was always on ; in the top three of annoying cartoon character voices. For example :
If the Liberal Democrats were a cartoon. Couldn't stand the yellow one, what even is it?

That's spotty. The baddies were ok though, texas pete, skeleton and bulk.
Didn't watch enough to remember anyone specific...I was too busy outside building tree forts, jumping my bike off and over anything and everything (my knees bear the scars) and flirting with uninterested maidens that were tool old for me at the time.
