I've been a regular reader of The Guardian's football pages for years. When I discovered we've got an Evertonian as a regular writer I was chuffed! We've had to live with ex-reds whoring out TV punditry positions forever, that at least we can have a blue writing for a respected national paper.
But no! It's never that easy with us, is it? Turns out this writer knocks us down even more than Moyes ever did. The latest stunning example:
So I thought let's have a poll to see how typical this opinion among blues really is. Maybe I'm just too full of hateful jealousy & mindless bile and don't respect Liverpool's achievements enough like normal balanced football fans do.

But people will want to see the very top teams taken down a peg, that is in the nature of competitive sport. That is perfectly healthy. Apart from a few thousand Evertonians no one really begrudged Liverpool their success in the 70s and 80s. They deserved it.
