Well if our signing of gash players for far too much money and those signings then hindering us this season is an agenda, then yes you are correct.
We were bang on course for European football until the current players started absolutely coasting for a manager who did the same.
Easily could have got 9/10 points more than we did.

I saw some stuff about him training apart from the rest of the team because he was most likely going to move somewhere, so I'd assume he isn't playing. This was a week ago or so though.

Rumours about Dumphries wanting Inter Milan, well if true that's us out and if/ when they sell Lukaku to Chelsea, there's the money.
Utd wouldn't loan him us last year because they probably thought we were much much better than we actually were. This year I think they would be fine with it.
They already have the money. They sold hakimi for something like 60 million. I think ideally they want bellerin.
