As said when fully fit, which of the 2 has scored 16 in 33 appearances in a season? Averaging 1 in 2? DCL is the answer. As I often say, time will tell, this isn’t me bigging DCL up, he clearly wasn’t good enough or at least good enough often enough. You seem to have a real thing for Beto, given our current strikers I hope you’re right, I really do, but if you think Beto is good enough that we don’t need another option then I strongly disagree.

Bad game tonight. What we do know is given the chance Beto is a better slotter than DCL. DCL is better at holding play up but a striker is only as good as his goals
