No, it's not. But with the fee comes expectation. And he has very much failed to live up to that expectation
 
Klaassen so far has been given 189 minutes in the league. Might want to give him more than 2 games to actually prove himself, and I think if we pull off the transfer of Tosun, and Tosun shows himself to be capable of finishing, it might be ideal for Klaassen to get some playing time.

Because lets be honest, Davies in that role has been a failure so far this year, so either stick Siggurdson there or Klaassen.

Interesting point about Davies, while I like the local lad he hasnt been very good and Klaassen proberbly woljdnt do any worse

Meh...by today's standards his fee wasn't even that big though. I wish folks would just ignore the crazy fees being paid...it's not these players fault the market is mental.

I mean folks used Rom's fee as a stick to beat him with everytime he miscontrolled a ball...his fee in hindsight was absolute peanuts.
 
He hasn’t been given a run of games and is a victim of an awful transfer window in terms of squad balance . Not one player (Rooney aside) has had a good season in midfield so klassen should be given a chance and not just 30 minutes here 90 minutes there . He needs an actual run of games .
We aren’t going down and after Friday the season will be over in terms of anything meaningful so we can afford to give him a chance .

If he plays then other managers will see how poor he is. We need to sell him.

Klaassen out for 16mil and sandro for 12mil and weve broken even.

Been thinking this for a while. Be surprised if we can get 16m for the lad but that in itself would be mighty impressive.

I imagine him and Sandro are on huge wages too. Get rid.
