I doubt it's anything to do with training tbh. He didn't perform well when he got his chances and he's not a defensive mid either so he won't be getting a game.

Hindsight is 20/20 and all, but I would rather see him against Man Utd than Schneids or McCarthy.

Sky Sports News interview with Sam. Almost word for word. I don't archive them but someone may have it. It surprised me that he mentioned the two players in particular, less surprising that he bigged up JJK. In fact, I've seen mention of this interview from other posters on here.

Also he likes to pass the ball to a player in the same, but as nobody else wants it he's a bit redundant.

Shame really as he's probably quite a decent player in a team thats able to play football.

If that happened you’d be the first on here slating him, the manager and Holland as a country when he plays awful, helps them score 4 goals and gets subbed on the 34th minute.
