How have I underestimated it?

Ive banged on to tedious levels about it. Bored anyone who'd listen about his recruitment at West Ham.

I was in the very clear minority wanting him gone last summer. For the reason you're saying ive underestimated there.

We had a massive opportunity to really send a bolt through the club last summer. New owners. New stadium. We looked backwards. No other club would bring back a manager they had for 10+ years without winning a thing to rebuild.

Moyes was talking retirement before coming back to us and we've given him the rebuild.

Incredible. We get what we deserve.

You talked about us going nowhere, I was just pointing out it could be more serious and endanger our Premier League status.

The more I think about the comment from Moyes not understanding the disappointment of the fans, the more it really doesn’t sit well with me. It comes across as well what did you expect?

He literally said Europe is the target multiple times.

He finished 13th.

He is then asked, can you understand why fans aren’t happy? “No, I can’t understand that.”

He went 3 years too late last time, and I was glad to see the back of him. And here we are years later, and he's still inflicting his misery on us. I really hate what this club has become.

How, on earth, do you then back him then?? Why would you spend ANY money on a manager you aren't 100% sure is going to be there the year after??

I would like to see Iraola get the job but there is no hope of that imo.

I do think though that transfers in will be interesting as I don't think DM may have as much influence as he might like.

The chat when he was saying "if needs must I may try Beto and Barry together". Never tried it. Never tried anything different. Same players, a back line so out of form yet still getting picked week in week out and with deals to Keane, Tarkowski and Mykolenko imminent itll be same old same old. Would anyone be surprised if that back 4 was starting next season? I wouldnt be at all.

Honestly I would fear for us next season if he was still here, because yeah im sure the CB partnership will still be getting picked next season for a vast majority.

I actually hate David Moyes now. I also hated Bill Kenwright. They are basically the couple that allowed Everton to become little old Everton.

At least when we got relegated he could blame Branthwaite not being fit.
