Playing 9 of your 10 outfield players as defenders does not make you an expert on central defendersDyche is a good defensive manager. He knows what you need to be a Premier League centre half.

I’m of the opinion that O’Brien can still be a very good CB for us. 3 clean sheets from his 6 games starting at CB this season and his performance in that Bournemouth away match was the best game any of our centre backs have had this season - recovery pace, aggression, strength and composure. That’s the thing. JOB is nowhere near as rapid as Branthwaite. I hope he continues to develop and eventually establishes himself in the centre of defence, but he doesn’t bring what Branthwaite does.
The 'before I got here' phase of the relationship is well underway now. He needs to goLiterally says he does NOT understand the frustration of the fans. No ambiguity.
Still ranking the season against the target set in August, instead of ranking it against what was possible in March.
Shocking thing to say that. At least lie and say “yes I’m frustrated too etc etc”. Instead, effectively saying we should be thankful we aren’t relegated.
He did run out of ideas, but he did do a pretty good job here overall. And at Burnley he showed he can really drill a side well.Playing 9 of your 10 outfield players as defenders does not mean he's an expert on central defenders
Great post but will fall on deaf ears with people who either don’t understand football or don’t understand numbersWe finished 13th, pretty much where we came last year and year before that.
We gained one extra point compared to last season…and we spent 140 million.
This isn’t stability its stagnation
Young managers have won Palace cups, got Sunderland, Brighton and Bournemouth europe.
Yet we will give Moyes another 12 months!
What is the point of this club…as its not to win trophies or progress
Another winter of discontent approaching - after so many previous ones we never learn. He's deffo here next season but they (TFG) must know he's burnt through any credit he had in the bank from last season.
There is a scenario where we're looking for a new manager 2-3 months into the new season and all the available candidates have moved in the summer.
A bad start to the season and the fans will turn on him and the team. If the empty ground last week wasn't a wake up call, it should've been.
BravoNo, he will be here til the real fans who go the match want him out, not too many of them on these internet forums.
Still being delusional, and banging on about relegation battles, just feck off will you.
