2025/26 David Moyes

That’s pointless. It’s put up or shut up time. Dithering over Dithering Dave will be the worst of both worlds and leave him the lamest of lame ducks.

Moyes out!

I don’t hear the mood music either from the club or manager that he won’t be here next season mate.

Be shocked if he goes this summer.

Agree though, you know my stance on Moyes. - but going into the last year of your contract as a manager is undermining. Not helpful for recruitment either. .

The only reason he keeps picking the exact same XI is because he’s terrified that if he changes it and we actually play well, he'll look like a proper clueless kbhead.

Theres part of me that thinks that.

The aznou situation had me thinking that.

Forced to play him, he look really lively. Wins a pen and puts a unbelievable cross into the box that should of been a goal.

Then moyes seems to have a tity lip on in the after match press conference like hes made a fool of him. Then we never saw him again

Um guys. We were literally last minute goals against west ham, man city, Arsenal and the RS from Europe. Its been an ok season seeing as though we lost our best player for half of it.

I'm not massively happy, but equally it’s not a bed wetty season. File it under progress...
The home results were atrocious and of relegation quality.
Some last minute away goals are all that prevented a relegation scrap.
He is not the manager to take us forward, he never was.
For the ticket price nowadays we should be expecting more than a bargain bucket manager.

We couldn’t hold on in four matches and that’s ok? What progress? How is this squad any better than last seasons?

It isn’t. Young attacking players are stapled to the bench. We finished yet another season with Tarkowski and Keane as our center backs. Another season with a CB playing RB.

What progress???
Not having to worry about relegation is progress given our recent history.

We do need to kick on next season though pretty quickly or I will join the hoardes in wanting change.

He's kept us stable but no more...

Plenty of opportunities to push on and he choked....

We'll stay mid table unless we get a bit of luck which just doesnt happen with us...

If there's the chance to get a progressive attacking manager in and back them then I'd be willing to see moyes given a golden handshake...

Either way I cant see him being here past the end of his current deal
For how long? Relegation form the past ten games.

Well done to Sunderland, what's there manager doing ? Moyes is done with me, you can't teach an old Dog new tricks, he is along the lines of Dyche, big Sam, a Dinosaur. We need a progressive manager, not a safety first, Nick a goal, centre halves playing at fullback, centre mids playing on the wing, this football is now the same as Dyche's it's making my eyes bleed. Barry was on for what 80 minutes and produced sweet fa, why ? And why was Alcaraz/ George given so little time, why was Coleman brought on, we needed a goal, why not our 40m winger Dibling, surely no one here can back Moyes anymore. If Irola or Glazner are available we should be going all out for them, time to make David Moyes extinct, thanks for last year and bye.
That today was on par with anything that Dyche & FSW ever served up, and it’s been like that for weeks now.

What is the style of play or plan each game??

Those ridiculous kick offs… just what is all that about??

Awful recruitment with millions spunked.

I used to defend him, but I’m really struggling now!

Based on form keeping Moyes isn't even the "safe" option.
Even if it was its probably too late now.

The good will has gone and a lot of fans have turned on him (it was only a matter of time with his past)

Once that happens it's over.

Doesn't have to be a great drama though. Did a fairly average job and mended a few broken bridges to the point he will be welcomed back here (as a fan obviously...). That's a good result for him. We can all move on now.

Hahaha ‘if we didn’t drop points in all of these games, we’d have gotten Europe’

Like that’s somehow a point. Delusional
The point was its been fine margins. Got terrible VAR calls in all of those games too. We have the third best away record and up until a couple of games ago the third best defence too. Its not been a disaster
