The media won't question anything until we are near the bottom of the table, people expect/consider us to be a mid-table side so finishing 13th isn't really much of a story, especially given how compressed the league table is.
The owners don't go to matches and probably aren't the types to engage with football-based social media, so how are they going to judge the mood of the fanbase (if they even care).
He will get some money to spend in the summer, we'll probably waste it on dross whilst signing no full backs and then maybe if we are still in the bottom half next season they might be arsed to consider a change ?
