2025/26 David Moyes

Im one of Moye's biggest critics but fair's fair, he seems to have learned a bit from his square peg round hole craziness and has this starting 11 playing very well and working hard for each other. It helps that we are only having to play every two weeks but that is the hand we have been dealt and we are taking advantage of it. Yesterday was the marquee win Ive been hoping for. Great feeling!
If he REALLY wants to win us ALL over, he has the perfect opportunity...Liverpool at home. I watched Liverpool lose their tenth game this season to Brighton and thought " this Liverpool team is very ordinary and are fragile, this is ours and Moyes' chance to show we really can be good." Cmon Davy, make me a believer:)))

If we qualify for Europe he wont be going anywhere and it would be hard to argue otherwise after how bad we were the last few years before he came back.

Party pooper!
Has your season ended?

We're currently ONLY 3 points off a Champions League place.
We've just stuffed Chelsea, and we perform better away. Onwards and upwards.

After we spank the RS on 19th April you'll be renewing your passport in readiness for next seasons European campaign . All thanks to Mr Moyes.

Hopefully.

Well Dyche beat them 2-0 when they were going for the title under Klopp. It’s an established fact on here that Moyes is a better manager than Dyche so anything less than a good spanking would be unacceptable. 😊

When he is doing a bad job id suggest . Like most managers .

Okay. 👍

Things are looking good at the moment but things could change significantly in the last 7 games as the table is so tight.

Let’s see were we end up & then we can judge the improvement v last year given the spend & loan costs to see if he has done a good or bad job.

The cup exits, home form & squad development are negatives but league position should carry the greatest weight.

Let’s hope it’s a good one.🤞

He’d be a good assistant manager. Good cop bad cop combo.
Dunno if you went to one of those nights with Duncan Ferguson he's done at Blackstock Market etc, but as much as I love big Dunc, there's a fair bit of stuff he said at them which would make me not want him back on the coaching staff.

Think Grealish may have contributed to some of the points this season.

Grealish has 2 goals and 6 assists in 20 appearances for Everton in the Premier League in his career
That wasn't the context of the original quote, but we can take that and say he's made a bit of a contribution, and it's telling that Dyche has stated he tried to sign Grealish and he was turned down which says everything about that dinosaur.
