Yes sack him if we finish 5th or below, NSNOEnjoyed that last night, atmosphere was great.
I'm warming to the idea of Moyes been manager next season but only if he gets us into the Champions League.

I think it's fair to be frustrated at times this season, we've got some good players and we can certainly get a performance out of them, but it's so inconsistent.Playing devils advocate you could ask why it’s taken 16 home games to get this type of performance that, win, lose or draw, we would like to see at home on a more regular basis.![]()

Along with the 7 away wins.............That was a great Allardyche/Pulis/Dyche/Moyes performance and result yesterday.

We won't be grooming a long term successor as this doesn't happen in top flight footballThe pros and cons are pretty simple.
Pros
An actual football manager, not a coach. Has experience across all the different facets.
Can build a team over time.
Is a good man manager.
Is very good at coaching.
Has kept his knowledge of the game up to date.
Has now proven he is capable of winning silverware.
His deep knowledge means he’s actually better equipped to deal with different challenges on the field. He knows many systems.
Cons
He’s getting on a bit.
He’s a bit defensive at times. But that’s usually due to the squad he has to work with.
This deeply scientific analysis means - extend for a couple more years and rebuild. Groom a long-term successor as well.
