The problem was he changed his successful Championship Manager Italia formation of 2-3-5 to a more conventional 4-2-3-1.

Should have had the courage of his convictions.

Need to commit 20 minimum per game to Aznou and Dibling running in. Even if it means 1-3 spots lower in the table, I would take 2-6m less in payouts in order to either prep these guys for next season or at least know what we have. Doubt it would cost us 3 spots though.

It's the last match of March and Moyes hasn't changed his opinions about the team's personnel and how to best operate since August. I just don't see how you can defend that for a team with obvious issues.
