I suppose the argument there would be that if we qualify for Europe they will have a much bigger chance of getting more and more minutes next season.
Obviously, it is all baseless prediction stuff. Well, it is for me as I think either way we can qualify for Europe, give them more minutes now or not. Hopefully either way, we are starting to build for the future while protecting the present. It can be a difficult balance to make at times.
It is much better to forgive and forget, than to hold a grudge that will give you an ulser. Especially when he did not spit in your face, he did something that I don't necessarily agree with, but can certainly understand, it was how many years ago now?
Also, it was done to the football club not to you!. Now, you may sit there bathing in a pool of anger and hate to something that did not affect you one jot, but some of us have a much better view on life and don't put all our emotions on somethign so small that happened over a decade ago.

I am absolutely positive that most have already made peace with, maybe most/many were not overly bothered at the time? I am basing my assumption that most of us have lives outside of Everton and especially have lives outside of the hating of individuals that affect our own lives in such a small way, or at least it should be a small way. It is extremely unhealthy to have this level of hate for somebody for footballing reasons.
