Dewsbury hall has been one of the better signings for most clubs imo. He's included within that 100m. Dibling is a huge chunk of that. But most clubs have got that. Liverpool paid 110m for wirtz. Disaster. Newcastle 70m and 50m for woltemade and wissa. Crap. Forest 40m for hutchinson. Chelsea 50m for garnacho.
The list goes on and on. If you're looking for 100% instant strike rate you're gona be constantly disappointed.

This is why I cannot in good faith recommend to keep him at the end apart from the recruitment worries. He cannot be in charge of building the team and he has to be significantly better with rotations or Europe will be a disaster.

Yeah, it’s not like Moyes had the longest undefeated record in Europe for an English club or anything like that.

There’s plenty of time for Dibling. He’s just settling in.

But even if he doesnt every club and every manager has it down the years.
Moyes first spell. For joleon lescott read per kroldrup.
Alex ferguson. For Roy keane read sebastion veron.
Arsene wenger. for thiery henry read franny jeffers.

My hope is Dibling toughens up and begins to assert himself maybe next season. You see it a lot with younger players. Not everyone develops at the same rate.
