2025/26 David Moyes

Dont know about Firoli but I'd hazard a guess Iraola has got fans at the club, namely Kinnear

We need to remember Kinnear worked with Bielsa and will see Iraola in the same mould.

Iraola played under Bielsa at Bilbao...similar styles.
I've been big fan of iraola but I'll admit it's kinda amusing, currently Moyes has 3 more wins than bournemouth, even though they have spent a substantial budget over the past couple seasons they've sold numerous quality players this season, so that has to be tricky even with being provided promising replacementd

His role was to introduce stability and steady progression so I think if he delivered Europe he served his purpose and should be appreciated for his efforts, a better suited manager that can evolve the club especially in regards to European football and the cups , along with developing youth players should be procured. That's just my stance

Getting us into Europe after the last few years is classed as “steady progression”? Bloody Nora.

Nah his mission was to bring about steady progression so if he does achieve Europe that would obviously exceed the expectations and be a incredible accolade , still feel like another manager would be a better fit for Europe but once again just how I feel

If Moyes had the team playing more direct from the get go I think there would be less calls for his head at the end of the season. My worry with Moyes (and this is what a lot of managers do) is they will find a recipe for success and have a strong run at the end of the season and revert back to form next year. Rinse and repeat.

This is why I cannot in good faith recommend to keep him at the end apart from the recruitment worries. He cannot be in charge of building the team and he has to be significantly better with rotations or Europe will be a disaster.

I'd say we've probably got a better first eleven Curtis though I'm sure many would disagree

These comments just get more bizarre. We would have finished 12th without the points deductions when Dyche was in charge so under no circumstances is finishing 13th acceptable after spending £100m plus loaning Grealish & Rohl.
It absolutely is given how much our squad is worth and our wage bill.
