2025/26 David Moyes

2 factors involved...if the TFG can't get Fabregras to leave Como, then he'll probably be here next season.
Interesting shout. I think if Arteta fumbles the EPL this season, he might be replaced with Fabregas. Can’t see Arsenal continuing as the nearly men forever without trying something new and Fabregas would in theory be a great fit.

Obvs if Arteta wins it you would think he stays, then maybe we would be interesting for the other fella, i think he would certainly attract a different calibre of players.

I could see us trying for Arteta in that scenario also

I’ve seen his name linked and Firoli
( spelling ) the Porto manager as well and that kinnear wanted Iraola at Leeds
Dont know about Firoli but I'd hazard a guess Iraola has got fans at the club, namely Kinnear

We need to remember Kinnear worked with Bielsa and will see Iraola in the same mould.

Iraola played under Bielsa at Bilbao...similar styles.

Ultimately in my opinion bringing him back was a smart move despite my frustrations, obviously my outlook diverges from others who want him here for lengthier amount of time, he has progressed us from previous seasons, I just think l it's time to take a gamble with a more progressive manager as his pragmatic philosophy creates an inevitable ceiling for ambition. Once again not bashing anyone else for having a differing view it's not for me

These next 4 matches will be Moyes opportunity to really show his mettle. 4 tough matches, where any points we can pick up will be huge in any attempt to make europe.

If we can get to the last 5(against some of the current worst clubs in the league) still in striking distance theres no reason we cant get top 8.
Yep...and i am confident he will not change the starting line up for those games, unless we were to lose players/games, which is a good thing.
