So let's sum up, I think it's too early to judge Moyes, don't think 110mil is a lot these days(especially for a depleted squad) and am happy with Moyes so far.

I am pointing out that 110mil is not a lot to spend when replacing first team players. I rated DCL a lot btw, 30mil of that gone and not replaced. Still criticised him.
