Hell dodge that big time

You do know HMRC are also trying to get Portsmouth wound up too right now?

I suggest separately on the issue of "prior agreements"; to consider EU law and how the EU is increasingly (since 2008) getting involved in regulating sport

European Commission White Paper on Sport said:
The Commission considers that each sport has its specificities and deserves to be treated differently according to these. The EU will not impose general rules applicable to all European sports. However, EU law will continue to apply to sport, particularly as far as competition, freedom of movement and non-discrimination rules are concerned. Moreover, dialogue with sports organisations has brought a number of areas for possible EU action to the Commission’s attention, particularly transfers, activities of players' agents, licensing systems, involvement of supporters in clubs, criminality in sport, and the protection of minors and media rights.

Don't assume that authorities will allow undermining the integrity of competitions, criminality or the ignoring of commercial law in relation to transfers or otherwise.

Also the Competition Unit at the commission is constantly investigating Sport.

When an issue is strictly national or local, national competition authorities and courts apply EU antitrust rules in close cooperation with the Commission

HAY dAMON WHY DON'T YOU CALL THE eu UP AND TELL THEM ALL ABOUT kENWRIGHT BANKING £250,000 A MONTH IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS.

The EU is a place. Not a group of people.

You'd never literally call up the EU as that would be like saying "why don't you call the USA up?". You contact the authorities within it or the relevant national authorities.

You gettin me lad?

You could of course notify the CIA directly via their website regarding the dangers posed by the Matt Damon cult he's attempting to develop...

Damon is so anal sometimes............

Wait, did I say sometimes?

Sorry, all the freaking time.

This Gibo aint all that to be fair to him, but I guess everybody looks average next to Fellaini.

He's not that good. I think he'll get a bit better once he gets more match fit, but he's a nothing player really. Will retain possession, win a few tackles, but doesn't really contribute that much.

I hope i'm wrong, and he turns out to be awesome, but I doubt it.
