As a squad option, just why not? If we can somehow get rid of Niasse for some decent fee, Welbeck is surely better than him and we can bring him here for free, and he also is a HG player, while making a profit on selling Niasse. Then we ideally sell Tosun to buy a new starting striker.

Totally agree and he can cover the wide positions too and has premier league experience takes the pressure off DCL and give time for a new striker to bed in.
I feel the same about Delph, play while a possible new midfielder beds in, look at Bernard and Gomes took a few games to get to the pace of it especially Bernard.

Crystal Palace made a £6.5M bid for Niasse in January. We make a profit on any offer that is above £3M considering we have already written off 3 and a half years of his 4 and a half years long contract. Let's hope some team offer us at least those 3 million to allow us to get rid of him.
