Not many Dutch clubs will be paying him what he is on currently. Even if his wages are not that high in premier league terms they wont be getting matched be NAC Breda or whoever to sign an average full back.

Would make sense as he is captain of Curacao, therefore being closer to his country's internationals and he's actually pretty decent for MLS level

On the deadwood priority list, Cuco is way down for me. Yes he’s useless and shouldn’t ever be in the squad, but he came on a free and doesn’t make near as much money as some of the others who have been shipped out already.

May go tomorrow to a Dutch club, Koeman already p**sed off having to carry his own clubs on the golf course, Cuco needs to be closer to be able to make the tee times and get the frickendels ready.

I find it strange that people are so critical of Martina when others who deserved criticism much more get off far more easily.

Martina cost us nothing to sign, I would expect was on modest wages(relatively speaking) and actually covered the left back spot reasonably well although out of postion and in a team where everything in front of him seemed poor and disjointed.

I think the management are not concerned if he stays or goes and I think he could do a decent job for a championship team which is probably about his proper level.

In a season where players were giving zero tosses about us, he gave 100%.

You can have all the talent in the world, but if your head isn't in it, it's pointless. Cuco gave 100% every game, and whilst he was hopeless, he did the best he could.

Hope he gets a club where they love him tbh.
