Spurs struggled to beat Palace, and in Zaha they have a top player so a point there is not to be sniffed at. Big Sam would have been happy as
a dog with two tails if he had managed a lucky point.

I thought Unsworth was brave today - unlike the Watford game - and tried to win the game. Its not his fault if the players he has are not much use. Nobody not even Cloughie or Rinus Michels could turn this bunch into a smooth, goal-scoring unit.

It's a decent result would have taken that before KO. This season is a right off and all about survival now.

Whilst they definitely are one of the poorer sides in the league (so are we), they are nowhere near as bad as their points tally suggests. They beat Chelsea and drew at spurs since hodgson has taken over, obviously I would always want us to win but thats a good point on current form.

We didn't crumble with 10 to go as is always the case.

We battled back twice to level the game, something we wouldn't have done a month ago.

Palace or not, you'd have probably taken that before kick-off.
