Well if you appoint Moyes as your manager that's what you sign up forTrue. On the other hand, I don't want us to end up with only older, premier league experienced players as Moyes won't be with us forever.

Sadly, but others at the club need to make sure that isn't the whole story.Well if you appoint Moyes as your manager that's what you sign up for
3-0 wins are fairly rare.Disagree mate. Yeah it's the hard fought 1 nil and 2-1 wins that ultimately bring you success but the good teams stroll to 3 nil wins quite regularly
They tried that last summer by signing youngsters like Aznou, Dibling and Rohl, then recalled Armstrong in January along with George being brought in. Unfortunately as long as Moyes is manager he’d rather play his favourites like McNeil, Mykolenko or Gana.Sadly, but others at the club need to make sure that isn't the whole story.
Moyes is very well known in Northern Spain. He won't be able to attract the level of non-English player we need anyway. He'll get the odd former England international after a final payday/chance, but that's about it. He's basically unknown on the continent, and if he is known for anything it is for taking Fergie's last champions to seventh.
No European football, no marquee manager, no chance.
Which is why he shouldn't be manager. There definitely seems to be some sort of disconnect. Moyes appears to be very, very safe in his role but on the other hand the transfer strategy seems to be at odds with Moyes' playing strategy. It's a bit of a paradox. Keane has already been extended, Mykolenko is heavily rumoured to follow, Tarkowski has a further two years on his deal and I'm assuming we pick up the one year option on Gana. Then we have Aznou, Dibling, George and, to a lesser degree, Armstrong and Rohl who struggle to get minutes, certainly when those above are fit. I'm not really sure what the long term plan is. Everton that. They tried that last summer by signing youngsters like Aznou, Dibling and Rohl, then recalled Armstrong in January along with George being brought in. If we had 40m for a RW and 25m for a crap striker, do you not think that MAAAAYBE we should have had a BIT of a budget for a RB? He said he doesn't think it's a priority position for the squad and was happy with JOB being the RB. He also said, pretty recently, he thinks we need bigger players in the squad. He's a grock first manager. I don't understand how much taller he wants his defence to be.you're right, he set out to waste his own time and not land a rb
:/
beto does an ok cal-lewin job for us defending front post corners. barry does not cover for beto well.If we had 40m for a RW and 25m for a crap striker, do you not think that MAAAAYBE we should have had a BIT of a budget for a RB? The overall performance and individual application in this match will suggest to me how much work will need to be done on this squad, in terms of mentality, over the summer.
Not just talking about this season. Talking about all the years Moyes has managed us. Just saying when we win it's usually a hard fought 1 nil or 2-1 win with backs to the wall as we defend those leads. We're very rarely comfortable, we're decent teams are.3-0 wins are fairly rare.
City have managed it 8 times this season.
Arsenal, Brighton, Forest and Spurs have managed it 3 times.
Everton have managed it 2 times alongside Brentford and Chelsea.
Leeds, Sunderland, Wolves, Fulham, Palace, West Ham, Sunderland and Bournemouth have all done it once each.
That means Man United, the RS, Villa and Burnley have not won 3-0 this season. I'd say 3 of those teams probably come into the 'good' teams category given their current league positions. Not excellent or elite but certainly 'good'.
The 4-0 you also mentioned as being something the 'good' sides do often is an even rarer occurrence. Arsenal, Villa, City and West Ham have all managed it once this season. Nobody else has.
Then there is 5-0 which just Forest and Arsenal have managed.
So as we round up Week 36 we have seen a total of 359 matches played so far this season - 360 once Spurs play Monday night.
23 victories of 3-0 / 0-3 which gives a 6.4% rate
3 victories of 4-0 / 0-4 which is a 0.83 % rate
2 victories of 5-0 / 0-5 which is a 0.55% rate
So I'll stand by my original point. 3-0 or 4-0 victories do not happen very often for most teams.
No way he scores Beto's goalTierno Barry is one of the worst players I’ve ever seen. He’s 6’5”” and can’t win headers. Somebody leans on him and he falls over. Unbelievably bad
