Came of at half time as a precaution with a pain in his leg, no idea what Fergie will do, wouldnt be surprised if he rested him and gave Hernandes and Wellbeck a run, especially with the CL.

Think ill go Carzola captain this week, hes a sleeper.

I'm torn with Cazorla. He's clearly going to be the focal point of their team but he's not prolific for goals or assists.

Podolski is annoying though. He's the most frustrating of players as he's under forwards but he's a wide player. I refuse to have anything other than CFs in my 3 forward slots.

same with a lot of players. mirallas is under forwards as is naismith but i reckon they'll be playing in the RM and ACM positions. i dont want to be getting only 4 points when they score. decided to choose jela over podolski last week, bad move. try telling liverpool cazarola is sleeping ha.

He got 11 goals and 6 assists last season mate from the wing. His role is much more central this year and whatever Arsenal score he will be involved in. Dont forget midfieders get more point then forward for goals and assists. Which is the prob with Pod.

Ive actually tried to do it differently this year, ive packed the midfield with goalscorers and gone for a reliable 2 up front and a crappy enabler. I think most points will come from the midfield this season and the forward line just negates itself as everyone has RVP and Tevez atm.

9 goals and 6 assists in 38 La liga games to me doesn't really suggest he's worth £9m. You can get Nasri for less and his role is looking more important this year. Although that said I don't like using City players as Mancini loves to rotate.

I'm still optimistic about Kagawa mind. The only problem is that he's very, very selfless and I can see him being the third to last man to touch the ball in goals a lot too. Without Rooney I'd expect him to do well, behind RVP. I took him out mind I think, to do exactly what you did -- pack the midfield with goalscorers. There are a lot of affordable ones.

Im going to go with Santi mate, hes playing in the old Fab role and ive watched him closely since he joined them and he is going to be key, one thing you can rely on Arsenal for is attacking returns and this guy will be involved in everything. Like i say hes playing almost a second striker with the freedom to do what he wants. He also got a goal and two assists fro Spain in the week.

I brought Kag in GW2 as i thought he would do well, im sure he will when he plays but im not sure he will play every game like Santi 8.5mill is to much to rotate - i heard he picked up a back injury fro Japan as well.

I wouldnt go near Nasri tbh, it will be all change once Barry is back IMO and Silva will be unleashed with Agureo and Tevez, only nailed on starters for City are Yaya, Aguero, Hart, Kompany.

Trying to find a way to bring in Adam - honestly.

The deceptive thing is a lot of midfielders are actually playing as strikers, Mofro, Hazard, Carzola, Nolan, Dempsey etc. If you pick 5 midfielders who are likely to score 10+ a season you'l be alright.

I'll be getting rid of Nasri as soon as Aguero is back, like. Still think he may pick up some points now though.

Backing West Brom as well after seeing them against us. They could pick up a good few clean sheets as they're very well organised.

my midfield is kagawa, hazard, ganero, michu and cazarola. was better, but couldn't resist putting a bit of berbatov in so had to go for granero. seriously pissed off that i took out hazard the day before the season because it seemed barkley was going out on loan. if my laptop had broke or something i'd be flying

I brought in some WBA cover tbh, have been really impressed with them and Clarke and his organisation. Good luck with Nasri mate ive had a few times and hes frstratingly inconsistent, i still think Yayas the man with the points in the middle for City until players are fit, boni magnet as well.

Good looking midfield that mate, look on the brightside i changed Hazard for Ramires and captained him.

You've made me doubt myself now aha. He's gone.

To be honest with my WC gone I want to have a team that will go until Christmas, rather than for the next 2 weeks. Just not sure whether to ditch RVP. I've got one cheap striker as well and I'm absolutely torn between all sorts. Tempted to go for Crouch but Stoke have a tough few fixtures. That Kone for Wigan looks good mind -- he was very prolific in Spain last year.

i had pogrebnyak for the 1st couple of weeks at 5. might be a decent alternative as a cheap striker. still dont think he's awesome, but better than the other options of a low price.
