No they are not, but the strength is the batting.
Just had a quick look, Bairstow is the 2nd best opener of all time, Root is the in the top 10 for best number 3's, Morgan around 10th for best ever number 4's, Stokes likewise for 5. Buttler Is around 15th for best ever number 6's and 2nd for best ever number 7's. Even Jason Roy is 29th of all time as an opener.
I mean Root is sandwiched between Richards and Smith above him with Youssuf, Ganguly, Williamson, Lara and Kallis below him.
Morgan is just above Kallis and Michael Clarke, with Duminy, Crowe, Richards and Ross Taylor above him.
Stokes is below De Villiers, Matthews, and Dhoni and is above David Muiller, Flintoff, Symmonds and Michael Hussey
Buttler as a 7 is just behind Dhoni, and in honesty nobody is near them. Buttler averages 40, Dhoni 44, the next nearest is 34. Buttler strike rate is 117 thugh and Dhoni's is only 95.
To give some further context, Pietersen, who was probably the best I'd seen averages 43 as an opener which puts him about 20th on the list and 38 which doesn't get him in the top 30. Even if you allowed his smaller number of innings at 5 to be counted in his 4 sample (he averages 116 at number 5 but small number of innings) he would still only be rank 17.
We have a batting line up full of generational talent.
