Said it before like, but the wages saved from that lot would be in the region of Wayne Rooney's salary.

Would you take him next season? He's 30 in October although and I know some people think Rooney will age quicker than other players because he started so early but he also hasn't had any major injuries like ligaments or hamstrings.

Seems a bit odd Martinez hasnt punted one or two of them this summer as 5 leaving at once is quite a lot...unless he's expecting a cash windfall next summer to replace them or the kids to come through

Significant clear out next summer either way.

Barry / Osman / Gibson have already been replaced it seems.

Hibbert doesnt play.

Pienaar and McGeady out =Minimum 1 winger in as we have Deulofeu and Mirallas.

Kone/Howard need replacing.

So 3 players needed for 8 out.
