It seems you don't need playstation plus when you are playing a game someone with a subscription owns.

Downloaded battlefield 4, had a go at the weekend and it let me play fine online. Despite not having a subscription to play online.

Look, nms is full of problems but that is a properly stupid clip. One is on a lush planet (running on a PC with detail set to max), the other is on a toxic desert (on low quality graphics or the ps4). One has a specific species that looks awesome for the camera (and still on the release game and several similar species) and the other is a procedurally generated species that is in line with exactly what HG said would happen with procedurally generated animals.

See, that's great and everything, but it just looks like improvements to presentation only, which FIFA has been the best at for a long time.

What I'm more interested in is to see if they've made actual improvements of substance, because last year PES was comfortably the better game to play.

I want FIFA to be the better game on the pitch as the overall package is much more enjoyable. But if it's as bad as last year in terms of actual football then I won't be interested in a few fancy animations and a manager doing stuff on the touchline.

Absolutely not. For me anyway. I can't have a game where goalkeepers are so poor being called better.

They've released about 6 videos prior to this one focussing purely on gameplay changes. This is the most comprehensive overhaul FIFA has had in many years.

Can't agree on PES either, it's been horrendous for about 10 years now
