Computer games.

It's all relative. Spent that on uncharted, finished it, traded it in for 35 quid.

Spent that on this, will get at least 100 hours out of it. Will probably be my goto multiplayer game for a while. Unlike a lot of big multiplayer games of late the community and support won't wind down quickly. It's a Blizzard game after all.

Ultimately though this is why I buy disc copies. 40 quid is a lot to put down if you don't have the option to sell it on if you don't like it/finish it.
Me and my mate alternate who buys games and share them between our accounts, don't mind spending 50 or so on a game in that manner and whilst I used to love discs - sharing with my friend digitally is just easier imo!

I don't think it will ever reach a state of being fixed mate! supposedly the core design of the game is just a giant mess and each patch they've made so far have literally added even more bugs it is horrendous

That explains why they finally stopped releasing one every year. Since they're essentially all clones of AC2 and they've broke it each time they've added onto that framework then they are better off scrapping and starting over.

How do you do that? Is this steam family sharing? Dead useful that. Made me feel less guilty about the 100s of unplayed steam games I have!

Tbf i was talking about xbox -
Go to settings, home account - log in your mate (set to never log in automatically)

Then go to settings on your mates xbox, and log in yourself as the home account (set to never log in automatically)

Viola, shared digital games!

Could work similarly to steam family sharing, seeing as it's called xbox home sharing.

Ah I see.

Know the ps4 has a cool feature where you can play multiplayer on some games without your friend having the game.

Ultimately I don't think gaming has to be that expensive a hobby, given the hours you get out of games compared to a trip to the cinema or a few pints.

There's a guide here which might answer some questions, over a quick skim i noticed it said something about sharing between yourselves on steam - but the ultimate owner of the game, when going to play it will take priority and the other member attached to you would be given 5 minutes to log out of the said game.

I played it until like august of last year then stopped before the taken king came out as i was too busy. I enjoyed it though
Same here.

The second dlc killed it for me. No check point on the arena just didn't make it fun for me at all. Never beat skolas and when hawkmoon didn't drop by the end of July I just thought it isn't fun anymore. .

Up until that point it was great. I'd log on, join some raids, do exotic drop runs on all the raids each week and have fun with others playing.

I beat skolas a few times and had a ton of luck with exotics. I played on xb1 so didnt have the exclusives

Xbox, haven't had a good shooter for this in a while, it's about 25 quid now so was thinking about getting it for a few weeks
Ah truth, yeah quite fun to play on xbox, I played it loads then stopped altogether when The Division came out, slowly getting back into it now.
Got exams now so have cut right back on xbox though
