Computer games.

Now I have the hang of it through Total War: Warhammer, I might give the other games in my library a proper shake (Shogun 2, I am looking to you!!!!)

Played the new Warhammer one?
Currently on Napoleon at the minute, just doing the campaigns of the coalition so will move back on to Rome II soon. To be honest I might just jib it and go straight to Attila.

Is Warhammer good? I know nothing of Warhammer other than the models and 40K.

Haven't played it but from everything I've seen it looks great!

It is phenomenal! (I own Martinez a royalty or something for using that word). Has it all, atmosphere, lore, engaging battles, true diversity in the different armies available. Plus the hero/leaders are actually useful, unlike other Total War games where they are just used to inspire.

I have just looked down my steam library. 7 Total War games. Seven.

Empire, Medieval II, Rome, Rome - Alexander, Arena, Shogun 2 and Warhammer!!!!!

V good, found campaign a bit overwhelming at first but gets better as you get used to it

Medieval II has an incredible LOTRs mod called Third Age. I imagine then Warhammer will be similar.

I think I'm pretty much convinced. Haven't spent 40 quid on a game for a while though.

100% worth. I've spent a tenner on games I've played for a couple of hours and £40 on this and I'm at 25 hours or more easily I think already

I only have five, woe is me

It's easy to slip into the cheap games thing on PC. You know eventually these AAA titles will be reduced in Steam sales or whatever.

Its a Blizzard game though. And a popular one that will probably have some staying power. Any discounts on it will most likely be small and very infrequent.
