Computer games.

I’m having a games night with a mate this Saturday and we’re looking for a good split screen/couch co-op game for PS4.

Any recommendations? I’ve got Overcooked 1 & 2 and they’re hard as nails particularly after a few drinks so not looking for anything too similar.

Played it for a couple of hours. Seems quite good, authentic and realistic, as you said. Not quite sure about the combat yet, needs getting accustomed to. I just struggle to pick up games again to continue playing them after I finish an evenings session. It's the exact same thing for me with Assassins Creed Oddysey and loads of other games.
Really enjoyed it myself.
But you need to dedicate a fair bit of time to it as its systems can be quite complex to get the hang of. Not something you can just pick up and play.
I downloaded this last night and played it for a couple of hours.

It’s going to take me some time to get used to the depth of it as I’m not really an RPG gamer and it’s a bit overwhelming but there’s some good humour in the game which had me laughing out loud in the first couple of hours.

It’s bloody difficult though.

If you haven't tried it already then dead by daylight is well worth a play. It's on the game pass now as well.

Only played as the killer but it's quite enjoyable on short bursts. Don't think I could play for hours at a time as it is quite intense but a few games a night is great.

Basically it's a 4v1 game. One killer , 4 survivors. You have to kill the rest of the players by putting them on hooks. You upgrade and get perks to help on both sides and games are around 15 minutes or so.

Best game so far was getting 3 out of 4 and only just having the 4th escape me at the end.

Well worth a play or two , loads of famous killers as well if you don't mind spending a few quid extra. If not then a good choice on the basic

Me and my mate were playing Broforce on PS4 last night. It's a co op side scroller and all the characters are based on movie action heroes, such as Indiana Brones, Brobocop and Rambro. A ridiculous and fun game, we had a great laugh playing it and it's on sale on the PS Store at £3.59 for a few days.

Thourougly recommended for a few hours of mindless fun. It's not easy though.

I got psVR today. Got resident evil and rush of blood trying get hang of it rush of blood the picture seems very grainy.

your suggestions etc are extremely welcome please

Just finished 'A Plague Tale: Innocence'

I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. It's a very linear, story based game where you have to escort your sick younger brother though a war-torn, plague ridden 14th century France.

The gameplay is fairly basic with a heavy emphasis on stealth and puzzle solving. It has serious 'The Last of Us' vibes and obviously has a heavy influence on that front.

The real star of the show is the story. It's seriously brutal in parts and outright horrific in others.
Got me hooked from the off and the characters are incredibly well developed and voice acted.
Took me about 12 hours to finish.

Looks spectacular and the music is excellent.

It's free on XBox and PC game pass at the moment.

Need a good game to get hooked on, currently only really play COD, Battlefield & GTA V so something a little different from that would be great.

Any suggestions?
