Computer games.

Well when I first played it the mechanics and graphics etc blew me a way it was next level. But I also enjoyed the dark serious tone and Niko Belic was intense and had a interesting back story. Loved the grit n all.
Don’t get me wrong love when rockstar get over the top and silly like in 5 but I was expecting a lot more. I figured if it wasn’t going to be a major leap then atleast the story was going to be insanely big. When I did the last mission I thought to myself ‘now we are talking let’s see we’re this goes’ I thought the game was just getting started and then the credits rolled. I was in shock.

Also there’s a video out that actually gets into how 5 decreased insome physics, animations and graphics (insome areas) like 4 took more time with the smaller details. And it clarified what I was subconsciously feeling at the time but didn’t wanna accept it.

I think 5 plan was the online mode and more effort went into that to the detriment of the single player.
What you've pointed out towards the end about minor details taking a step back, is apparent in a lot of big open world modern games to be fair.

Not been hooked on anything recently.

I want DBZ Kakarot if only for the nostalgia, but can't bring myself to part with the money when I have a massive backlog of games that I have no interest in playing right now.

I honestly think there's not much to split the graphics

o_O

The difference is massive

edit: you're probably talking about it on the old generation of consoles, forgot it came out on them... I've only ever played the next gen versions which are miles ahead of GTA4 in terms of visuals.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Basically I have a hard drive , Seagate 2tb usb 3 etc.

I was using it for games on my pc and wanted to switch it to the Xbox. When I am connecting the hard drive it's not detecting it is a usb 3 device and only making it available for pictures etc. No game saves.

The hard drive works fine. I did a full format on the pc with it to wipe it and as far as I know it's detecting the right format it should be in as well.

Any way to get it working? Genuinely haven't a clue anymore. I'd just buy another but I'd be buying the same type and I know it works on a pc.

Sorry, question is a little confusing (to me).

So you have a USB3 hard drive plugged into you PC which has some game saves on, you're then unplugging this and plugging it into your Xbox One and whilst the Xbox is recognising something is plugged in it isnt recognising it as a hard drive? Or it's recognising it as a hard drive but your game saves won't show? (Are PC game saves compatible with Xbox not using the cloud? Never cross platform saves myself).

Anyone here played Kingdom Come: Deliverance?

I’m not usually one for RPGs but this one looks a bit different in that there’s no fantasy elements and seems more realistic than most.

I backed this in the kickstarter thing about 8 years ago and then forgot all about it until I got the code by email. A lot of hours of game in there and it's refreshing to see a game that doesn't hand hold you all the way through. I liked the fact that combat is actually quite difficult and engaging and you can easily die - especially at the beginning, which makes sense seeing as you're just a blacksmith with no armour. When you start getting full armour and decent weapons you're far less afraid of dying to some random bandit.

I really liked it. I think it's got a fair bit of replay value too as you can completely nob up quests and can build your character differently. I might go for another play through soon actually.

I think you'll need to format the hard drive on your Xbox.

  1. Connect your external hard drive to an Xbox One USB port. An on-screen pop-up will display.
  2. Select Format storage device.
  3. Enter a name for the drive using the on-screen keyboard.
  4. Select Install new things here to automatically install future games on this drive.
  5. Select Format storage device.
If it isn't being deteced, try here : https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/storage/console-doesnt-detect-external-storage
