It's good (especially considering its budget) but I found myself wishing there were some actual puzzles. The only things you have to "solve" really are who to speak to and what to say. It's more of an interactive novel than a game.
Played a couple of hours of it last night and it's absolutely unhinged in parts

played 1 game so far which was a 3-2 W vs Newcastle with Digne, Kean and DCL bagging

You've done alright there but I'd be looking for more for schneiderlin/tosun. Easy to say that though, it's probably why I struggle to sell the players!
One thing I will say though is that Beni has very high potential on FM, he can become insanely good!

I loved it to death, but it was way too linear for my liking. Particularly the tribunal and the uhh... killer. They came up with some jarg excuse for some of the issues later in the game (ala sometimes in life there is nothing you can do about it), but I bet they rushed it just a bit. Can’t blame them. Still loved it but as a result not as replayable as I had hoped.

I was on the fence about selling Beni, but thought I’d rather have the funds for Bellingham and Dembele as they’ll be around the 1st team squad and hopefully playing 1st team before long

My favourite thing about FM is how differently your seasons can pan out in terms of transfers etc.

Bellingham is so good on FM, got him at the start of my save and was starting near enough straight away at 16. Getting rid of all the deadwood is hard though,i'm in my third season and Sandros contract has finally ended. Also Richarlison and Digne haven't been called up even once for their national teams even though they got into the prem team of the year, apparently it's because we're not big enough hahahaha.
He’s going to be floating around my bench, as is dembele. That Bellingham has crazy potential in real life though
I’ve gone mega aggressive with a 424, which becomes more of a 442 in away games / difficult home games. Playing a fluid counter attack style with both, with the 424 style being more aggressive and the 442 being more defensive.
basically trying to maximise the goal potential of Kean and DCL, with Chiesa who I brought I’m crossing from the right and Richarlison trying to get into the box from the left and cause problems.
what do you tend to play?
I’m just begging Sandro and Bolasie do well on loan in my first season so I can punt them both. I’ve also loaned out Walcott, so I’m hoping he does something as well!

I tend to use control possession for my home games, and counter attack on my away games unless we're seen as heavy favourites.
Generally adopting a 442 but sometimes play 4141 when we are on the ropes haha.
