Computer games.

Not really my point. I've played this years and with very little play/effort the semblance of an alright team comes together quite quickly. It's just a bit of a boring process when you start from square 1, in a largely similar game. Especially given getting a really good team together without spending does take a long time.
True, but if it didn't reset then everyone would have the team they wanted and be bored of it sooner rather than later. It's also a chance to mix it up and try a new team. Idk, maybe it's just me but I welcome it.

Playing through Zelda:Breath of the Wild again and I'd go as far as to say it's actually underrated. It's staggering how inventive it is with all the different systems and mechanics coming together.
I love Zelda and honestly think Botw is garbage. Looks beautiful but the gameplay is poor to me. And seconded on the weapons breaking thing, hate it - just made me never want to use any decent weapons.

From time to time I like to chill out playing a game called Euro Truck simulator 2. Being a gaming nerd I have a decent setup for the game.

DLC add on’s are more expensive than the actual base game. Crazy

Anything like this? I played it a bit but I can imagine this or in VR would be a nice way to unwind for a few hours.

Don't get me wrong I understand why they do it and why they have to do it. It's not so much a criticism of them but given the mode barely changes year on year it's not something I will do every year.

Admittedly they have made some interesting changes this year with the new party modes and the new way of doing the weekly challenges etc. But I think it will be a year off for me.

I like the survival aspect of it to an extent e.g. hunting a bear that could easily kill you if you get it wrong. I had a zombie based game called State of Decay on the Xbox 360 which was flawed but it had perma death so you really looked after your characters and had to consider your options as opposed to going in gung ho. I think after I’ve finished RDR2 I’ll try The Long Dark.

I bought The Long Dark and it’s sitting there in my Library. I keep meaning to give it a go but I can’t put other games down at the minute when I have the spare time.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the game too. Love the open world genre of games.

Deffo best and cheapest buy for ages. Check out the USA dlc, soooo good.

I have to admit I think ATS visually looks fantastic. It just pops and the game plays so smoothly. I’ve put a good few hours into this one too, but always end up back on ETS as there is just more to do, more mods, larger map etc....

But visually ATS definitely has the upper hand comparing them both. If the whole of the U.S was complete id most likely exclusively play that one to chill out on.

I have the 3 screen setup, driving wheel, pedals, gearshift and use the track IR technology for head movement, but this here looks on another level. It really is a great experience to chill out on.

This is superb though. This fella went all out. Nice !!
