I was gifted Fifa 20 for my birthday. How they keep getting away with such shoddy stuff amazes me.
Career mode is broke to all hell (doesn't make them money...) and nothing else seems to have changed much, same menus, same weird locking out of things (is it so hard for them to let me play a womens national league for example?)
Volta intrigues me greatly, it looks and plays really good but I have zero idea what is going on as they don't tell you and just expect you to know what is happening.
I mean you start a story mode which is nicely done but then you randomly end up on a screen with another squad of players that you are managing. What is this and why is this happening? Why do I have the Japanese (?) goalie in my team already but she is also available for a transfer? Why is she also on every opposition team in story mode in the exact same kit that your Syd wears?
I assume it is giving you the option to manage your own team at the same time which is sound and all that but it would be lovely if they let you pick players from throughout the game. But why would they allow that? That would be fun and interesting etc.

Bigger clubs play weakened sides against you all the time. It was an issue in 19 too.
Allegedly European competitions are not working either and some issues with editing players.
It's amazing how Ultimate Team apparently works OK though, isn't it?
It's almost as if EU copy and pasted the entire game from last year and only 'improved' the mode which is the cash cow for them... but surely not...
... seriously though, I pity the people who have compulsive gambling habits who need medical help who are instead fleeced by EA every year by FUT. Should be illegal what EA do; an actual crime.

Great news this. I nearly bought TLOU recently too.
Sadly I won't be buying it until Xmas. Can't justify spaffing that much cash when I should just play other games and give Destiny 2 a rest.

Nice, I stalk it here and have caught it for $49 but I only have a small window from when I get cash at xmas until my sub runs out late January.
We should cry-arse and get it removed like they did to the footy game a few months ago. Like if footy is niche for gamers then wtf is baseball?
