I may be wrong but wasnt it 115 million spent on completing the stadium with it now built I imagine construction costs. changes made since will be in the millions but will be minor in comparison, without that spent on finishing the stadium alone would of put us in the green.

Was thinking that myself, mind you they’ve said the new place will cost double GP to operate so that might eat into a bit of that next year.
